What we charge

At Charlton Baker we operate an ‘up-front’ fee policy in the provision of services to our clients.

We believe this approach is an ideal solution to address one of the most frequent complaints made against professional firms – that clients are seldom made aware, in advance, of the likely fees to be levied for the services provided. This will often result in clients’ surprise at the fee charged. The ‘up-front’ fee policy will guarantee that you will be aware of the fees to be charged throughout the year, well before we issue any fee notes to you. You will receive an Annual Fee Quotation for on-going services, to be agreed by you in advance, making you aware of the recurring compliance fees to be charged each year.

Our fees are all-inclusive, in that we will attend to all meetings, letters, telephone calls, emails etc in relation to the agreed services without any further fee notes being raised. This means when the work is carried out you will not receive any surprise bills. We find this also improves the service we offer, as clients no longer worry about the ‘fees clock’ generating more chargeable time every time we meet.

Furthermore, we also offer our clients the facility to pay monthly (interest free) to help you spread the cost of your services over the year.  If you have looked through the areas of our website that are specific to your requirements, and you like what you see, we would very much like to meet with you.  There is no obligation to use our services once we have met and there is no charge for the meeting, but we truly believe you will be inspired by how we work and by the team that will provide you with our whole life support promise.
