Credit where credit is due

POSTED BY: Elliot Cargill

Once you have successfully received your awarded SEISS Grant it is important that you notify Universal Credit of the amount and date received. This Grant could have an effect on the amount of UC due depending on the dates involved. It is also important that you confirm to UC your current working arrangement, to say whether you are working again or still out of work for the time being. Any inaccuracies around UC will always be rectified and it can be the case that monies have to be paid back at a later date so being proactive with the above now, will certainly mitigate any errors.
