Having joined Charlton Baker straight from school in 1996, Scott became a partner in 2005 and has been at the helm of the business since 2010. As a highly experienced business leader, his main focus is ensuring the business always leads the way in the accountancy world, and continues to evolve and develop into one of the best around. Scott's ongoing vision for the practice is to be recognised as a team which has helped to change the face of accountancy, with steps being taken towards this with the firm winning the FSB's Best Larger Small Business category in the South West of England.

Jenna is our 'expert blend' personified. Her unique and specialist skillset allows her to advise clients on complex personal tax issues, whilst also delivering inheritance tax wealth planning, trust and estate advisory, all the while being our resident will writer and probate service expert. Mike has a long background in software, electronics and technology and excelled in these areas for many years. For the past 10 years he has been extensivley involved in Crypto. Mike is key in supporting the accountancy and tax experts in their management of crypto invested clients, which poses a great challenge given the many thousands of tokens and coins across many chains and networks. His wealth of knowledge is a real asset for Team CB.
