Cointelegraph.com has reported that the Swiss city of Lugano has tethered up with, well, Tether, provider of the USDT stablecoin. A partnership was jointly announced on 3rd March 2022, with both the city administration and Tether advising that a Centre of Excellence for blockchain adoption has been established.
